Standard Return Policy
-You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery.
-Only items that have been purchased directly from Soca's website store and marketplaces can be returned.
-The item you're returning must be repackaged along with all accessories or documentation (if any) that were included in the parcel.
-We will accept the return of items with damages, faulty manufacturing, and that have been broken after use as long as the return date is within the 30-day policy.
-You need to provide proof of damaged items by documenting images or videos.
-You need to include all shipping information in the documentation.
-We will not accept an item return or refund beyond the 30-day policy.
We will ONLY cover the shipping costs if you return incorrect or damaged items.
How to Return a Damaged Item
Contact our customer support email@example.com to request a return label and information on the return address.Once you have all the details, you can file a return.
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quick review, and then we will initiate a refund based on the original payment method.
We will process the refund within 48 hours.It might take around 3-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect on your account.
We do not offer item exchange or replacement for all our products in our online store and other marketplaces.
